グローバル企業における法務の実際を学ぶ。特に、法務体制のあり方、紛争処理、紛争予防、Ｍ＆Ａ、プロジェクト支援等の実務を、実例紹介とケース・スタディを通じて理解する。教員は、トヨタ自動車(株)及び(株)豊田自動織機の各法務部のグループ長またはその代理である。

The course provides students with exposure to actual legal practices of the Japanese companies operating on a worldwide basis. Students will learn organizations and challenges of in-house legal departments, legal practices including dispute resolution, dispute prevention, handling M&As and assisting various projects by way of lecture and discussions with regard to actual cases. The professors are group managers of the Legal Division of Toyota Motor Corporation and Toyota Industries Corporation.

授業のテーマ、特に具体的なケースについて、自分が（社外者や評論家ではなく）企業法務スタッフであれば、どのように解決していくかを自分なりに考え、プレゼンすること。また、授業中は積極的に発言し、議論に参加すること。

Professors would like students to think and present as if an in-house counsel, rather than an outsider or journalist, in order to resolve any selected cases. Students' active opinions and discussions would be appreciated.
